Easy, fast and eagerly consumed by my daughter. Loved the broccoli addition.

I love to jazz up easy recipes like this one. I sustituted panchetta for the ham and chopped fresh basil for the broccoli. I also added one clove, finely minced, garlic and one small shallot, finely minced. I also used the shell deluxe mac n cheese. this came out great. My husband was a big fan! Just a note: I had my husband pour the cheese sauce into the eggs, while I beat them, so I didn't have lumps.

juicy and healthy

This is simple and quick, but agree with a few other comments about it being a little bland. I added stewed tomatoes (with some liquid) making it moist, but think Italian seasoning (or basil) added to the beaten eggs would greatly improve this dish.

I was Surprised how good this pie is.

Looked great ... but very, very, very disappointed with the taste. Too bland. I liked the concept, but it needs a major adjustment ... tried extra seaonings but still "wasn't right".

My grocery store had quarters of ham, but the ones that were already sliced as lunch meat cost a great deal less than the ones that weren't cut. So I used sliced ham rather than buying an uncut quarter of ham and cubing it. It worked well, but I wonder if we would have gotten more ham flavor in each bit if we'd used cubes instead. It is broccoli-ful, which is fine because my family likes broccoli. Also, I would say that, aside from the cheese and ham, there isn't much "seasoning" flavor, so it's a simple dinner dish.

Delicious and very easy to make. Even my husband liked the recipe very much.

I couldn't find ham cubes so I used lunch meat which worked just as good. It was a mutual agreement that there needed to be more cheese in the recipe, maybe extra cubes of Valveeta cheese or something, and the recipe could do without brocolli. We thought instead we could try onions. Maybe less eggs too.
