What a great "after Thanksgiving" meal this was. I used peas and carrots and the sauce was just excellent. Going to have this again with chicken.

Very good! I didn't have turkey so I used chicken.

I wasn't really sure my kids would like this dish but i had a lot of left over turkey i needed to use up, so i made it anyway. To my suprise, even my fussiest kids really like it. They even asked for seconds. This recipe is going to be one of our new favorites. It was also real easy to prepare!!

This recipe was excellent, but be sure to include the thyme in the recipe (which is listed as an optional ingredient). It was quick, easy yet very good and the cream cheese made it more hearty than other tetrazzini recipes. One of my favorites.

I liked how quick it was. I generally cook for one so I like recipies that don't make a ton and reheats well. I too would add a few more noodles and cut back just a little on the broth to help thicken the sauce a bit. I have used chicken and I've tried the pre-cooked meat as a short cut. Was really good!

I will reduce chicken to two cups the next time I prepare this. I added a little thickening to the sauce along with a splash of thyme, garlic salt, parsley flakes and a few chives.

Needs more noodles, maybe 3/4 cup each person

I love this recipe because it's not to salty. One thing you stole my moms recipe! Hold the cream cheese for better taste! Sounds good!

This needs much more than the called-for amount of noodles, especially if you're feeding 4 or more people...I think it might be a typo and should maybe say 3-4 cups rather than 3/4 cup. Also, we think we'll try this with chicken next time. The turkey was ok, but we'd like to see how the chicken tastes.
