We loved it! It was so simple to make. I made a carafe of Good Seasons Italian dressing and used that instead of the light dressing so it probably wasn't as healthy as the original recipe. I used half of a package of penne pasta and 3 chicken breasts. I will definitely make this recipe again! P.S. - There was enough left for the 2 of us to have it again tomorrow night.

I really liked this recipe, it was fast and tasty. I of course added a bit more seasoning and cheese and added some tomato, but it was enjoyed by everyone and I will definately make it again. Thanks.

this was really easy to make, and we liked everything but the pasta with the Italian dressing, I think next time, for the pasta, we'll try a creamy Italian, just so the noodles aren't as oily. Otherwise, we love'd it!!

This recipe was a real time saver. I cut up the vegetables and chicken the night before.

We loved this recipe...it was quick and easy. Although we did add a little more italian dressing and cheese at the end...but it was a huge hit!

Instead of red peppers, I substituted artichoke hearts and also added a little more italian dressing to the final dish...quite tasty

Very light and easily substitutes any vegetable. I used snow peas instead of broccoli. Next time I might spash a bit more dressing on the chicken before serving.

The recipe was delicious and very light. I served it with a small romaine salad to balance it out. I also added very thinly sliced carrots for extra color and appeal. Instead of slicing the Chicken I cooked them whole on my George Foreman grill w/ italian dressing poured over them to really seal in the flavor, then served it on top of the pasta.

This is a great blend of ingredients that is simple and good to eat! We used a store brand creamy dressing and had to add a little water.
