My chicken was so tender that it was literally falling off the bone; this was my first attempt at roasting an entire chicken, and my family absolutely loved it. Goes great with the Cheesy Broccoli Casserole recipe on here!

Very juicy and the veggies were great! Very easy to make. My 7year old even helped me with the brushing and stuffing. I also added onions.

Easy to prepare! Very Tasty! I (like others that rated this recipe) would leave out the carrots and the celery.

I love this chicken I've made almost the same thing several times.

Forget the carrots and celery. They won't impart enough flavor and then only to be thrown out (so wasteful!!) "Waste not, want not."

This was my dinner just last night. I did not use an entire bottle of dressing because I am too cheap!(I also used a bottle of balsamic vinigrette with basil) I poured about 1/4 Cup under the breast skin... a little inside... and I also added a small onion to the cavity. It was incredibly moist and my family loved it. ..... To save on time and another meal I roasted two chickens at the same time. That way we have either a couple of lunches in the fridge for my hubby who works 3-11 or I pick at it and make a yummy casserole of some kind.
