Take 8 chicken drumsticks (1-1/2 lb.) and 1 pkt. Shake 'N Bake Extra Crispy Coating Mix and mix & match your recipe from these options...

seasoning options	sauce choices	topping possibilities
1 tsp. garlic powder	1/4 cup ketchup mixed with 1 tsp. soy sauce	1/4 cup toasted sesame seed
1 tsp. dried chives or parsley	1/4 cup Kraft Barbecue Sauce	2 Tbsp. Kraft Ranch Dressing
1 tsp. dried oregano leaves	1/2 cup TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Salsa	1 cup Kraft Mexican Style Shredded Cheese
1 tsp. dried basil leaves, 1 Tbsp. Kraft 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese	1/2 cup pizza sauce	1 cup Kraft Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese

Then follow our 3 simple steps:

PREHEAT oven to 400°F. Add seasoning to coating mix.

COAT chicken with coating mixture. Place on foil-covered baking sheet.

BAKE 30 min. Brush chicken with sauce. Sprinkle with topping. Bake 5 min. or until heated through.

Made the salsa version for Mexican night for the kids. So easy, presented well and raves from children and adults.

I made this recipe using the salsa and cheese version. My family really enjoyed it as a nice variation to chicken.

i tried the recipe with soy sauce and ketchup and enjoyed it. my husband ended up putting bbq sauce on them. if i make this recipe again i will have to try a different flavor.
