My children really liked this recipe. My husband & I thought it was okay...but was lacking in the area of flavor....next time I will experiment with some spices.

Me and my kids loved these. (We didn't put the lettuce in and served the tomatoes on the side). They were so fast and such an easy clean-up!

I have made this several times over the past few years. I haven't made it in a while and was excited to find it on here to remind me to make it! It is really good and so easy. It makes a yummy and fast supper which is great especially in a time crunch.

I made a variation of this.....I used can chicken breast with a pack of bacon crumbles. I put bbq sauce, the chicken and bacon with a few handfuls of cheddar in a bowl and mixed it all together, then I put the mixture onto the tortillas with a little extra cheese and cooked till melty. Dip in same bbq sauce.....So good!

I would leave out the lettuce. We didn't like that it got very limp during the heating. Good other than that.
