Consider yourself a fries connoisseur? Same here. When it comes to a smarter baked version, accept no substitute for this crispy, tangy version topped with Parm.

I was really looking forward to trying these but was dissapointed. The fries were not crisp and needed more flavor. Next time I think I will broil them the last 10 minutes like another user suggested.

it didn't cook right. the potato's even after being in for 30 min were still not cooked all the way and just tasted like a raw potato wedge heated a little bit. gross!!

I have made these twice now and my family really likes them. For some reason they haven't come out crispy either time though.

I have been making "un-fried" fies for years! Just take a potato, cut with a fry cutter spread out on baking sheet and cover with either butter cooking spray or I cant believe its not butter (both are fat & calorie free!). Bake at 450 for 10 mins then broil to crisp for another 10 mins. I swear these are better than McDonalds!!

This was a very good recipe. I was alot more flavorful than the typical fries I make and I felt better making this because I baked them instead of frying them. Just make sure to use plenty of cooking spray or it will stick badly.

My picky husband loved these! He frequently requests them....almost to the point of me making them at least once a week! Loved them.

I accidentally used ranch dressing instead of Italian dressing - figured this out just as I finished mixing it all! I ended up adding a little bit of Italian dressing and they turned out delicious!
