Make sure you cook these long enough so that they are crispy on the outside and completely soft on the inside. A few of our thicker fries weren't quite cooked all the way through, but these were great and my husband loved them too. Also be careful when flipping them overhalf way through or all the "good stuff" will slide right off the fries!

My husband loves these! They are still good the next day as leftovers for him to take to work.

This was SO delicious! Baked not fried makes it so much better! But yeah, put on the cheese right before you take it out of the oven, otherwise it doesn't doo much.

Loved it! I even added some freshly grated parmesan cheese... it's a very tasty, yet healthy, choice!

I really liked these! Next time I'm going to try a couple different things however since the italian dressing taste was a bit too strong. But yes, these were really really yummy!

I used regular House Italian Dressing and Parmesan Cheese. Sprinkled with a little olive oil before baking on a non-stick foil lined cookie pan. Browned nicely, tasted very good. Will make again. However, I may not sprinkle with the olive oil. Found the potatoes to be a little greasy. I think with the oil already in the Italian Dressing it should be enough to help them brown.

These french fries were so delicious! Very easy to make. I did not mix the grated cheese in with it, instead I coated them after I laid them out on the baking sheet. Great tasting fries without the guilt.
