Good taste. I used a different dressing since I didn't have any Italian handy. I guess I used to much (?) because I had to bake it a lot longer than it said to. I will try this again with less Italian dressing.

I thought these were a little bland. Maybe if you marinated the potato slices & possibly added more cheese?

A little too much sodium for our taste, but very good if dressing is reduced.

Not a lot of taste. Maybe the potatoes could be in the dressing mixture for 20 - 30 minutes.

These "potato crisps" had more flavor than regular fries... very good, our kids loved them!
