Consider yourself a fries connoisseur? Same here. When it comes to a smarter baked version, accept no substitute for this crispy, tangy version topped with Parm.

So easy and very tasty! Be sure to cut them thin, to 1/4" like the recipe says or they will be hard. Will definitely make these again!
My family loved these - I'm always looking for ways to make baked fries with a little more flavor! We preferred the thicker cut fries, but the baking time had to be increased.
I prepared this recipe for 2 boys who love fries. They were not too crazy about it, but I will make it again. Next time, I will cut the potatoes thinner to cook faster and will only use 2 potatoes. I will also peel them first. The dressing added a nice flavor. The cheese wasn't that special. DON'T forget the pan's a must.
This was very good, I would just use alittle more Parmesan next time. Everyone liked them, & wants them again!
These were so yummy I def plan to make again. The preparation was so easy. The taste was different and unique. I like that you didn't need salt or oil.
Thanks for making the recipe easy and FAST. After a long day at work, the last thing I want is to spend a lot of time preparing dinner. Plus, the recipe can be easily modified for serving sizes. We have a teenage son at home, but sometimes he is out visiting with friends and it is just my husband and I for dinner, this is easy and fun to make!
These were enjoyed by all the adults I served them to. I used the Kraft Ceasar Italian dressing on 1/2 of them and they tasted great as well. We put them as a side with the mini meatloaves in the January 2007 magazine.
Good taste, and my kids loved them - healthier alternative and easy to do - but they stuck really hard to the baking sheet (even on the 2nd try w/ foil and spray) so it was hard to turn them on the first and second turns - had to peel them off and they broke apart somewhat.
It was really good. Trying different dressings would be a fun idea.
I was a bit skeptic going in, but this really is a great recipe and a great alternative to greasy fast food fries. I added a bit more dressing than parm cheese and turned out great. When cooking for two, 2 baking potatoes are plenty. Great flavor with minimal prep time.
