My husband and I love french fries and this was a great, healthy alternative that both of us really enjoyed. I also used the tip of washing the potatoes after cutting them and it really helped. This is a recipe that I have already made several times and will make again.

Some one mentioned the potatoes stuck to pan. If you wash the potatoes after you cut them into wedges, you wash the starch off and they do not stick. I always do this. Joan in AZ

I was suprised to find out that you can't really taste the Italian dressing after they are cooked, but it gives it a very nice 'glaze' when they are baked. I will make these often as a healthy alternative to fries or baked potatoes that get loaded with cheese and sour cream.

I love this recipe. However, the first time I made it the potatoes really stuck to the cookie sheet. The next time I made it I halved the amount of dressing and sprayed the cookie sheet well with cooking spray. I also sprinkle the potatoes with garlic and onion powder and other seasoning favorites. I like to make a large amount and freeze some for quick snacks later.

My two boys who are 23 and 13 are big fans of french fries.Since I have health issues, we must be careful of what I fix. We tried this recipe for the fries and wonder how they would be without frying them. We love them and have them often. There are never any left. Thanks for a great recipe.

To make it easier I use a ziplock bag to put in the potatoes and the dressing, mix well and put the potatoes in the dish. Discard the bag. Jenny

This tastes similiar to boiling the pototo then frying it. This is so much easier and less mess. Great taste. A+++++
