After putting the dressing on the potatoes, I "rolled" them individually in the cheese topping. I don't even like french fries, but these were soooooo good. Will definitely make many more times for grandchildren and great grandchildren. It is so much better for them than the fried ones and better tasting too!!!!!

After reading comments I did microwave potates for a few minutes first and put the cut potates and dressing in bag before putting on pan and coating with cheese. I think I microwaved them a bit too long because they came out soft and not crunchy however the family loved them anyway.

I cut my pototoes in wedges and added extra garlic powder to the dressing. Only because I wanted a little more zing. I have this recipe often, and goes great with burgers.

These fries were much more appetizing before they were cooked. Overall, pretty bland and boring!
