These fries taste great and you can't even tell they weren't fried!!! If you just spray them well and turn them a few more times they hardly stick at all. Will make these again and again!!!

I used Reynolds "Release" non-stick foil and the cooking spray so the potatoes wouldn't stick to the pan. It worked well.

The recipe should recommend turning more often. They do have a tendency to stick.

Tasty, I just have to get the process perfected. I couldn't get the fries to not stick, even with the use of spray. I'm going to keep trying though. Very yummy and smells great!

ALL OTHER COMMENTS ABOUT SMELLING GREAT WHILE BAKING WERE TRUE. VERY EASY TO MAKE. I MADE MY FRIES THE SAME SIZE AS SHOESTRING, AND BAKED THEM AT 400 INSTEAD OF 450, THANKS TO THE OTHER COMMENTS THEY WERE GREAT. THANKS AGAIN FOR THE RECIPE

These were very good, and they did smell good while baking, however the cheese burned and that part I will try to remedy next time I make them.

I loved the flavoring, but the potatoes were not crunchy at all. I even cooked them at least 15 mins longer than required at the correct temp.

Nice and crunchy with a good flavor; not overpowering. Better than the fast-food version.
