These did take additional time to bake. Be sure to cut all the potato slices 1/4 inch as some of mine burned because they were too thin. Also, coat the pan well as the potatoes did stick to my pan! Maybe I will try the no-stick foil next time.

Very good for ones who cannot have fried foods

Suggestion: Mix potatoe wedges in Zip lock bag with the Italian dressing first. Then add the cheese and shake again. Works much better than putting in a bowl!

I liked the way these turned out, except they were not as crispy as I wanted. But that could have been my fault for simply not cooking them longer. My boyfriend would have liked more flavor, but I figure, that's what you get for them being healthy.

Delicious! My boyfriend and I loved these healthy alternative to fries. He said he never wants to buy frozen fries again! And I love that I can play around with the seaonings too so we never have to have the same fries twice. Looking foward to having these again!!!

These french fries were great I have made them a bunch of times. But make sure that you spray the pan or they stick REALLY bad.

I used a combination of baking potatoes & sweet potatoes. The fries were not as crisp as I expected, but they were still delicious.

I love how crispy the fries came out and they have a great baked flavor. These are a great substitution for fried foods.
