This is a great salad and quite different from the regular old salads. My husband and I loved it. He's a ranch-dressing kind of guy, but he thought the balsamic vinaigrette went really well with the steak and peppers. My favorite part was the grilled peppers. This salad is so full of flavor.

My husband is constantly asking for this salad. We make it almost once a week. It is very very good. We grill the onions with the peppers. YUM.

Very good, I am planning on making this again this week but I am going to use Italian salad dressing instead.
