The taco seasoning is what really makes this recipe great. Excellent flavor combinations!

This one would have to be one of my favorites. I loved it. I try to stick away from red meat for health reasons so this was just like having a nice meaty taco and no sacrifice to flavor. Great and Easy!!

This was easy to make, and tasted good. I served it to my family with avacado slices on the side. Everyone raved, and I will be making this recipe again soon.

It was GREAT! My husband had the great idea to use scones instead of the tortillas, and I think it made it even better.

I made this for dinner a couple of nights ago & it was delicious! I didn't have any fresh tomatoes, so I used a can of diced tomatoes w/ chilies. Wow! I also did something a little different for leftovers for a very quick lunch. I just place the filling in the tortillas (not baked) , folded it together, added cheese to the top & microwaved for 1 1/2 min. It was even better!
