This recipe actually got me compliments from my husband!! It was good, and filling, and so simple to make, next time I'll double the recipe and serve it when we have company.

This was EXCELLENT with a few changes. We didnt care for the cilantro or the Taco Bell seasoning that was on the tortilla. For leftovers I left the cilantro off and left the tortillas plain..........and WOW!!! Very very very good!! I am sure we will make this again and again...........

My end result did not look like the picture. I'm not sure what went wrong. One thing I would do differently is that I would not use fat-free cheese again. I, and my family, found the cheese to be tasteless and rubbery.

I enjoyed the flavor of fresh cilantro. However, another option is to add diced avacados or a spoonful of guacamole on top.

This recipe was so good! It was delicious, and we are planning on making it more often! We probably won't use the cilantro because we don't care for it, but otherwise it was excellent.
