I make this for my Mom on her birthday and she loves it. She's diabetic and I used sugar free products. It's really easy to make and very good.

Fantastic idea! I have made this in a snap and it looks really special. So light and tasty and fresh, especially good in the summer. Lemon & blueberries are my favorite!

A nice light dessert. Used Strawberry Cool Whip. Guest were surprised at the inside of the cake. Also made it with the Chocolate Cool Whip and Mandarin oranges.

Mine didn't turn out nearly as pretty as the picture, but it tasted good and got rave reviews at the picnic.

I made this cake for company and everyone thought it was unusual and surprising. The taste could not have been better. I did make a deeper hole so as to use more strawberries and it turned out great.
