I made this quiche today for lunch. While delicious and very savory, I think next time I will leave off the tomatoes. I also could have done with more eggs and a little less milk. I even added a 5th egg and still felt like it could use more. I loved the Swiss cheese on the bottom. I believe I will add more next time. Great recipe! Will definitely try again soon!
this was such a hit last night for dinner that my family asked if i made a second one! I might try this with bacon in the future aas well. it woudl also be a wonderful brunch option for company. I will continue making this one for sure.
I am a beginner cook with two small kids so I am always looking for good, easy recipes. This is absolutely one of them. I did add some pepper, garlic, and a dash of basil based on another review and it was not bland at all. The only reason I didn't give all 5 stars was it didn't totally knock my socks off. But my husband loved it and my very picky daughter ate it with no complaints, well except for the tomato part. All and all great no hassle recipe.
Easy to make! My husband and I loved it. We just used the roll out dough and it cooked it along with the ingredients at the same time. Very simple!
I've made this for a few years now. My husband loves it and he doesn't like tomatoes or scallions!! I make it exactly as intended, but it would be very easy to change this up.
i too parbaked the crust 15 minutes. it was so good! i made two and froze one for breakfast this weekend!
This is awesome. My kids devour it! The only thing I do differently is I bake the crust for 15 minutes before I start filling it.
The recipe is good but it really needs some spice of some sort. It is very bland and I found myself adding salt which I never do.
Excellent recipe. My family loved it and very quick to prepare on a busy evening.
this recipe is so easy and it tasted great, it went over so well the first time I made it that I ended up making it again the very next week!
