I replaced the Swiss with a tomato and basil feta cheese and used a cheddar/mozarella combo on top. I love quiches, and this is a delicious recipe. It is a great recipe if you're having friends over for brunch!

Easy and yummy! I didn't have green onions, so I just used a little bit of dried onion flakes! I have made it with egg substitute also!
