I made this for a cookout that I hosted for my co-workers. Everyone LOVED it!! My husband was eating it by the spoonfuls!! I used 2 cups of the crushed vanilla wafers and the vanilla flavored pudding. I substituted frozen mixed berries that workwed very well. This is a desert that you will be asked to make over and over again. Very easy to make.

I made this at a party this weekend and I received great reviews!!! Big HIT!!!! I changed the recipe a bit by using cake mix "instead" of the cream cheese and vanilla wafers. It was a "beautiful presentation" and everyone loved it!

This cheesecake is very good and simple to make. I took other suggestions and doubled the crust. I'm glad I did!! It was a big hit with everyone!

I make cheesecake all the time, and I found this to be an extremely easy and delicious recipe! I made two changes to the recipe--I doubled the crust ingredients, and I prepared the cheesecake in a glass 13x9 pan and did not use the foil and remove it--which made serving very easy!

One of the best recipes for cheese cake I've made. Can use sugar free Jello and splenda to cut sugar. YUM!!!

I actually ended up using a little more cookies for the crust, and also used raspberries, blackberries (which I got to pick from my own backyard), and blueberries on top and vanilla instant pudding instead of lemon. It turned out wonderful for our family get together and there was not a drop left. Everyone was extremely impressed with such a beautiful and tasty dessert. Thanks for yet another great recipe! With all your great recipes my in-laws think I'm a gourmet chef!

YUM! so easy and looks and tastes great! my husband loved it. instead of kiwi, i used rasberries. i will use a bit more wafers for the crust. i will make this again!!!

I made the recipe for Fruity Cheesecake for a family reunion. It was a big hit. I did not have any leftovers to take home. Next time I will have to make two. I did not put the kiwi on because my husband does not like kiwi, but is was still delicious without it. I also used crushed graham crackers along with the vanilla wafers and added one extra tablespoon of butter for a thicher crust.
