Serves a lot of happy people. Great to make ahead and add berries later. Loved it!

Easy to make and came out well! The cheesecake is a bit heavier than we like but the flavor was excellent! Everyone realy enjoyed it!

This cheesecake was wonderful. I made it for dessert on Mother's Day. Everyone loved it. The lemon flavor was not too overpowering, and the fresh fruit made the cheesecake very light tasting. I really piled the fruit on top and it looked very impressive.

I loved this recipe because it doesn't require a spring form pan! This is one of the easiest cheescake recipes and it received rave reviews when I brought it to work.

This cheesecake is delicious... plan ahead though cause it does take some time to put together, and then needs to be in the fridge for a few hours. I would recommend it to anyone though, even the novice cook! I also recommend doubling the crust part of the recipe because it tastes so good. Be sure not to overbake it though, it will stick a little.

The fruits were great, but the actual cheesecake itself lacked some flavor. I would make my own cheesecake but adapt it to have the whipped cream and fruits on it like this one does.

I made this for Easter and everyone said it was great. I however thought that it needed 2 to 3 times the amount of crust called for, but I love cheesecake crust as much as the cake itself. I made a lower fat version using reduced fat cream cheese, lowfat sour cream, 2 eggs, and 4 egg whites. I don't think anyone could tell; it was delicious, despite the lack of sufficient crust.
