I made this for Easter and got many compliments! The only thing was I had to double the amount for the crust to get it to spread across the whole 13 x 9.

It was great. The whole family loved it. I want to make it again for my kids birthday, and its hard to make something my kids want to have it at their birthday.

This was a really, really tasty cheesecake, the only problem is, it gets expensive. All that fresh fruit. Everyone was very happy with this everytime I have made it and it does not last long.

This became my daughter's birthday cake. I made this recipe with graham cracker crumbs instead of the NILLA Wafers, and I used Splenda instead of sugar. It is wonderful! I made mine in a round spring-form pan, too. I love it, and will use it again, probably as soon as Thanksgiving!

I've made this recipe for the 4th time this year for different family get togethers. It's so good I never have any left to take home.

time consuming, but good. I prefer regular cheesecake, but my guests liked it. Very pleasing to the eye.
