I use white chocolate and put red food color for school color. Was very good.

The only thing I did different was, air brush the cup cakes the color of the graduation robes, with food paint and a food safe air brush. Beautiful :)

I dipped the cracker in the chocolate...it was faster and who doesn't like more chocolate...I also used bittersweet chocolate for more of a contrast with the sweet cake! Yum!

I agree with the question on how to make the tassle.....please let us all know. Thank you!

Please explain how the tassle is made - I understand attaching it to the cookie top, but the tassle connecting to the strand leading to the top is not clearly described. Thanks

To anyone, It is not entirely clear how the "tassel" attaches to the long strip of fruit roll. It is clear how to attach the strip to the top with the jellybean, but how is the strip attached to the tassel itself? Thanks.
