I used basil as my herb, and I thought they were pretty good. I don't know why they call them chedder biscuits, I even added about 1/2 C extra of cheese and still didn't taste any cheese in them at all. They also weren't "one bowl" since all the wet ingredients were mixed first in another bowl. I mixed everything in the bowl with my hand instead of out of the bowl & did them as drop biscuits to make everything less messy. Good, but the recipe name is a little deceiving.
