I wasn't finished - you don't FRY salmon, it's baked, steamed or smoked unless you are using it for salmon cakes or patties. An alternative to the recipe is to steam the salmon with a slice of lemon and a sprig of dill and make the sauce on the side.

Good, but in comparison to other salmon recipes I've tried... it's not the best version.

Delicious. My picky boyfriend even liked it. The sauce was excellent.

This was good. We overcooked the salmon a bit, and the sauce needed some salt & pepper. So next time we'll add those into the sauce while we're cooking it.

I made a cold dill sauce with the cucumber. I loved it.

I made the sauce the according to the recipe and my own way as well. The recipe one was a little too heavy for the fish. I used a small container of plain yogurt, some minced cucumber and a couple tablespoons of dill weed and liked that much better. It was a light, cool sauce that went well with the flavor of the salmon.

This one is ok. Especially if you are trying to find a new way to cook salmon. I think it is hard to make salmon taste any other way except like salmon.

I followed the advice of the other commenters and reduced the amount of milk. It was so creamy and delicious and even better so easy. I highly recommend this recipe.
