I used about half the milk the recipe called for in the sauce. I was very good. You can also use left over sauce(after it thickens) as a cracker dip!

i really enjoyed the dill sauce, but didnt like it on the salmon. i used philly cream cheese with chives which was really nice. will try the sauce on other foods.

I broiled my Salmon and put the dill sauce on top for the last couple of minutes. Also took the advice of another member and used less milk. Actually, I only used 1/2 c of milk and the sauce still wasn't near as thick as the picture above. Salmon did have awesome flavor! Yum! I think leftovers (if there are any) might also be really good cold in a pita bread for wrap.

I used onion & chive cream cheese and it was fantastic, I might use a little less milk next time, the sauce was too thin. A very light and spring-like recipe. I served it w/ brown rice & steamed crisp broccoli.
