Simple yet savory! Very well rounded taste, it had a little of everything. I used a yellow bell pepper (about 3/4) and just half an onion. For sauce I used Prego Garlic & Parmesean which kicked up the flavor a bit. Breadsticks are a great side addition. Upon lifting the cover of skillet to serve, my husband let out an "Wow! Mmm..."
