Excellent recipe! Sometimes I add chopped sun dried tomatoes and asiago cheese for something slightly different.
My family didnt care for it, maybe the asperagus was overpowering.
this recipe was good although i added two things. i almost doubled the creamcheese, i also added a can of carrots chopped a little bit of sweetness we really enjoyed it
I followed the recipe exactly, however I was not a big fan of this recipe. It was somewhat bland and very dry (I was hoping for creamy!) If I try this recipe again, I will probably doubled the cream cheese.

A friend made this as our appetizer last night and it was pretty good. I wasn't sure how I would like canned asparagus in it as I've never had canned asparagus before. It was okay in this, but you could definetely pick out that canned flavor in it. Can't wait to try it again using fresh steamed asparagus next time. I think my father who is on a low carb diet would enjoy this with fresh cut veggies.
By far, THE best dip recipe EVER! I've made it at least a dozen times. Great for on-the-go families--can mix the night before and when you're ready, sprinkle on the parm cheese and pop in the oven!
This has been a hit every time I've made it. In fact, it's always what I'm requested to make at every holiday or party!!
If your bored with the classic spinach dip, you've need to try this. This is the best hot dip ever. Always a hit with my parties with requests for the recipe.
I like spicy, so I added a can of petite diced tomatoes with green chilies(drained). Instead of a full 8 oz of Chive and onion cream cheese I halfed it up with original. It was easy to put together and DELICIOUS. If you like food with a kick....this is a must try.
