I made this for Christmas Eve, and Mom has been making it once a week ever since. Very addictive. It's not just for crackers. Try smearing some on baked ham for dinner.

Nice blend of vegetables. Not too hard to make. Very tasty. Good way to get vegetables into kids. Served with tricuit crackers but they go very well with ridged potato chips as well!

This is a party favorite! Make over and over again, and there's always requests for the recipe! A winner!

This was ok. I'm not the biggest fan of artichokes. Glad to try, but probably won't make again.

Huge hit! I was a little scared of the canned asparagus but it works great. Definitely use the low fat versions of whatever you can - there is so much flavor you won't miss the fat!
