I made the version suggested in the magazine which I see isn't listed online and I know why. It was gross, sirloin steak, broccoli, and mushrooms do not mix well with mozzarella cheese and Italian dressing. It was inedible. My kids said it smelled funny while it was cooking, that should have been my first clue. When I mixed it with the reserved liquid from the pasta it made the cheese adhere only to the meat and made a big cheesy meatball while the pasta had a watered down dressing taste. BIG BLECH!!!!!!
