The chicken, cole slaw, and sweet potatoes made for a delicious combination!

Next time I'll marinate the chicken in the buttermilk, then I'll use a different coating instead of Shake N' Bake, but overall a pretty good meal.

I loved this recipe. I added alittle parsely to the buttermilk & pepper. I also made my own coleslaw blend of veggies, because the bagged stuff at the store didn't look very good. It was a superb meal!

The buttermilk gave it a great flavor.

My husband and I really liked this, although we thought it was just a little too spicy. I'll cut back on the cayenne pepper next time.

This recipe is amazing! So easy and SO good! A wonderful substitute for unhealthy fried chicken!

I love this recipe! It's a great alternative to the ole frying pan! I did have to use both bags of shake n bake as well. In the future I think I am going to use bread crumbs in stead of the shake n bake. I subsituted the poultry seasoning for season salt. It was great! I had left over which I put on a salad for lunch the next day! YUMMY!

This was really good. We like spicy food but next time I'm going to reduce the amount of cayenne pepper a bit.
