Add a little sugar to make just a little sweeter.

This was a very easy recipe and held up well, unlike other reviewers. I thought it was good, but just ok. Not really anything special about it that I would find myself craving. I probably won't be making this again.

I loved the raspberry and lemon taste, it was very easy to make and I liked not turning on the oven, great summer dessert.

This was okay - I used frozen rasberries, which worked fine - it was a little sour, maybe it needs some added sugar...

I make the crust with 24 crushed butter cookies mixed with 2 Tablespoons melted butter. I use only 6 ounces of fresh raspberries (I do not garnish with the raspberries on top). I make sure they are DRY. Then I gently fold them without breaking. I also use 1/8 teaspoon vanilla and 1/4 teaspoon lime juice. If the mixture gets too juicy, the cheesecake will not firm up.

These were tasty but messy. They didn't look like the picture! I think the berries were a little too tart and the graham cracker "crust" was a joke. But the flavor blend was nice!

I also had a problem with them being runny and I made it exactly like the directions said. They tasted great! But it was more like pudding than bars.
