I made this for dessert for my children when they came in for the weekend. I didn't have quite enough raspberries (I had 8.5 oz) so didn't reserve any for the top. Also, once I had blended the cream cheese mixture, instead of folding the rasp. by hand, I mixed them in w/the mixer which caused them to be in small pieces & instead of the cream cheese mixture being white, it turned a pale pink. It was absolutely delicious & my kids & husband all loved it!
