I couldn't get raspberries so i used blueberries and strawberries since it was for the 4th of July and it turned out great. Delicious and easy to make.

I thought that this was a good recipe. I used strawberries instead of the rasberries. This recipe put me in mind of a parfait. The only problem that I had was that the it didn't turn out like bars.

IT WAS VERY GOOD AND SOME OF MY FRIENDS ENJOYED IT. IT DID NOT GET AS FIRM AS I WOULD HAVE LIKED IT. I USED FROZEN RASPBERRIES AND I THINK THAT COULD HAVE BEEN THE PROBLEM

I even messed up and forgot the lemon! And it was still GREAT! Delicious, no-bake, goof-proof! What else can you ask for from a recipe? My only suggestion? MORE CRUST! Six grahams makes for a very thin crust.......

I made this for dessert for my children when they came in for the weekend. I didn't have quite enough raspberries (I had 8.5 oz) so didn't reserve any for the top. Also, once I had blended the cream cheese mixture, instead of folding the rasp. by hand, I mixed them in w/the mixer which caused them to be in small pieces & instead of the cream cheese mixture being white, it turned a pale pink. It was absolutely delicious & my kids & husband all loved it!
