What a delicious and colorful addition to my Christmas Eve gathering. I served these dips in hallowed out peppers - the pesto in a red pepper and the red pepper dip in a green pepper - and offered veggies and crackers with each. I received compliments all evening and could not keep the service vessels full!!! A GREAT offering for any type of gathering.

There were a number of people that really liked the pesto dip. I thought it was fine. The red pepper part didn't go over as well. It didn't have a lot of flavor. I think it would be better if you pureed the red pepper instead of chopping it.

It was okay, the red pepper went over better than the pesto, makes a ton, I would suggest cutting the recipe in half.

this was just okay. pesto is not favored by everyone. the flavors are a bit overwhelming. the recipe makes a ton of dip. you have to keep stirring the pesto. i halved the recipe and it was still plenty.
