I liked the roasted pepper dip, but it still didn't turn out like I hoped, My dad who eats anything didn't even care for this recipe.

This dip would be best for a large party, it makes a ton. Separately, the Basil Pesto and the Roasted Red Pepper dips are good, but layered together as this recipe calls for they really don't go well together.

Really quick and easy to prepare. I served with raw veggies and the tomato & basil flavored Wheat Thins (good crackers too). Both dips were really good with lots of flavor-although I did add a bit of Italian seasoning to the red pepper version.

Many thanks for this recipe. We had a gathering at work for a woman who returned to work after having a baby and my dips were the favorites. Everybody loved the roasted red pepper dip and the pesto dip was an acquired taste for some. Very easy to make, but think that I'll reduce the pesto added to the dip next time. The Triscuits won out over the Wheat Thins.

i toasted pine nuts and sprinkled very generousl on top I also uses chooped green onions as well, I served this with Olive oile and Rosemary Triscuits, I found the wheat thins to be a bit too sweet with this
