I made this on Thanksgiving this year and used the hot rotel, and it was fantastic!! Super easy to make, and it makes A LOT! We were left with quite a bit of this dip (because of the non-spinach eaters), and ended up using the last of it on baked potatoes. Yum!
Great appetizer!!! My new version of 'rotel dip' --- great with or w.o spinach...
I made this over the summer for a family dinner, and everyone loved it! My mother has requested I make this for Christmas, and I plan on it! Soooo yummy!
I made this for work for our Thanksgiving lunch yesterday. It was all gone by the end and lots of people told me it was yummy. I tried a little bit of it and it was good. I was suprised that the original rotel wasn't that spicy, I think I am going to do again for my family and I know my 3 kids won't have a problem with the very mild spiciness. I served with tositos scoops.
I was actually planning to make a spinach artichoke dip, but found this recipe and it looked really quick and easy. It was delicious! Everyone loved it. I made a spinach artichoke dip a few weeks later and it wasn't nearly as good as this recipe.
I made this dip for a small party; it was a hit - everyone loved and raved about it. It was so simple to make! Will definetly make this again for our next party.
When ever we have a get together with friends they request either this one or Velveeta Chili Cheese dip, they both go over very well.
I made this for my party by the end of the party everyone was asking for the recipe! This is my new go to dip.. :)
My Husband loved it said best he has ever had
This has to be the best hot dip ever! I have been making it for different events for about a year now, and everyone loves it. I even added crab meat one time. So easy and so good! It is my #1 appetizer to bring to a party. I like it with tostitos.
