I put this in a pumpernickel bread bowl for a party and everyone absolutely devoured it! Very tasty! I did not drain the rotel dip, however, and used spicy velvetta cheese!

I made this dip for family and friends over for football sunday. It was a huge hit. Leftovers heated up nicely the following day. This I will make again.

Excellent, a great variation from the regular velveeta/rotel dip. I did not drain the rotel, it makes it creamier. I also did not use as much spinach. It was great. Everyone loved it. I am making it again today for another party.

I get so many compliments on this recipe. My kids normally won't eat spinach, but love this spinach dip.

I made this for a girl's night that I had at my house. It was a huge success! Everyone was dying to know how to make it. It's so easy too! After I popped it in the microwave, I put it in a mini slow-cooker and throughout the night it got better and better!
