This was SOOOO tasty! The top didn't look that pretty--maybe next time I'll try to microwave the peanut butter to make it spread a little easier instead of just clumping up. I made it with just regular chocolate chip cookies instead of the peanut butter kind. Will definitely make again! A big hit!

I like the was the cookies are incorporated into this, but when I made it, the top fell in an ugly way, and i marbled it, but it just didn't turn out the way I wanted it to. However, the recipe still sounds really good, so I will try it again.

I must say that I am a cheesecake lover and am always looking for a way to share the flavor. I added some chocolate syrup in as well as the peanut butter. It not only looked like something you'd order on an expensive night out but tasted like it!

I forgot to swirl the topping in to give it the "marble" effect so it was literally the ugliest dessert ever BUT it was still good. Everyone loved it and I served it with a chips ahoy peanut butter cookie on the side. I would have drizzled chocolate syrup too but I was out. Next time I make this I will mix it up a bit: I will do the peanut butter cookies for the crust, mix peanut butter in the crust over the whole thing and then after it bakes and cools, crumble snickers candy bars on top! yum! :-)
