This is one of the most popular dips I make. We have it for every NASCAR race. We always have a house full, and they request it every weekend! I have also tried it with a little Taco seasoning mix or about a teaspoon of ground cumin! Gives it something extra!

A nice change from cold dips for chips. Also, you can spice it up for a different taste.

Try adding a can of cream of celery soup, a can of cream of chicken soup and a small can of jalapenos. It adds a lot of flavor.

Made this for a football party and it was a big hit! I did find that there wasn't enough cheese, making the dip a little too chunky. Next time I will use more velveeta.

It's a great flavour but my family likes it spicey, so I added another twist, instead of diced tomatoes and green chilies use either mild or medium salsa... it's great hot with Tostitos Dip chips... A real crowd pleaser!

I have made this dip but with Cream Cheese! I mix hot and mild Ro-Tel when making a double batch. Quick and easy! Big hit with family and friends
