I made the ground beef enchiladas, and they were excellent. I had to use two pans the larger reccomended one and the a smaller one because they all would not fit into one. I also wondered what the point of the salsa on the bottom of the pan, well one had no salsa under it and it kind of stuck. It was a easy recipe, very very good, my husband, children ages 6 and 10 loved it. It was wonderfull and anyone should give it a try. Another excellent recipe from kraftfoods.com Thanks
