I used all the ingredients but cooked it in a slow cooker. It was so delicious. I just added some water and more sauce to cover the chicken. Wonder flavor.

I baked it in the oven, it came out very moist, but the sauce was very watery, most of the spices were washed out i think. (But still tasty.)

This is a great chicken dish! I let the chicken sit in the frig for about 2 hours to let the flavors soak in. I baked it in the oven (since it was raining outside) and the chicken came out very moist and delicious. Next time I may cut back a touch on the cayenne pepper. Can't wait to have the left overs!

Fixed this for dinner last night. Everyone loved it. One suggestion, after I rubbed the chicken with the spices I let it sit for at least 30 minutes before grilling to be sure the chicken had lots of flavor.

This was a hit! I made it beofre heading to the lake for a weekend with friends. I was not sure if everyone would like it, because it is spicy, but everyone tried it on burgers for lunch and loved it so we threw the chicken in a bag and let it marinate. By the end of dinner the bowl I brought it in was licked clean and everyone wanted the recipe...it is my new signature recipe!

My family and I really like this recipe. I altered it a little bit by replaceing the black pepper with chipotle pepper. And I used boneless skinless breast of chicken instead of the chicken fryer pieces. It turned out really good. I will make this this recipe again.

My mother is not a chicken lover at ALL. As a young girl, she grew up seeing alot of chickens running around the backyard with their heads off. But oh my goodness, I prepared this recipe for the fourth of July and she barely left me any. If she loves this recipe, anyone should. I altered it just a little bit. I did bbq wings and pulled chicken.
