My family loved this pasta, made exactly as recipe calls. This recipe needs no improvement what so ever. Will be used over and over in my house.
Oh So Good! I knew my kids wouldn't eat the pea pods, so I used chopped red & green peppers instead, also a handful of shredded carrots. I made the pasta in the morning, pat dry then tossed it in olive oil so it didn't stick together. Also made the super easy dressing dressing in the morning. Put (separately) in fridge for a few hours...toss the veggies and dressing in and serve! Had fussy in-laws here that also loved it!
Made this for a potluck at work - it was the first item to go! Based on other reviews I used a ranch packet instead of Italian, and it was delicious. Will definitely add into the rotation of items I take to parties. It's easy, delicious and a crowd pleaser.
Used green pepper instead of snap peas. Very yummy!
Fantastic! I've made this several times and get rave reviews. I add green pepper instead of the snow peas.
I added chicken to this recipe and it is now my favorite! My husband likes it too. I can't wait to make it again for more people.
I didn't make this recipe, but I had it at our potluck picnic and it was fantastic. I can't imagine what those others that rated this only 1 star could have done to this to make it YUCK! I've passed this along to many others and making my own first tonight.
I put the dressing on right before serving at a shower. I'm still getting compliments!
Not much to say about this one other than I had alot left over.
Simple and delicious. A keeper recipe. For when you want something a little nicer or different than the standard pasta salads. I received many compliments on this at a family potluck (and my in-laws make some great stuff). It even stands up to changes well. I used dried tortellini, cooked the night before, and added the chilled dressing the next morning.
