I hate the traditional spring salad. This one is a LOT better!!! I usually just buy the 20oz tortellini package & it still coats up nicely. Normally, I'll mix up the sauce in a small bowl, and the other ingredients in a large bowl - then chill seperately.Then I'll mix them together just before serving - makes it so the tortellini doesn't absorb the dressing & is much creamier & more tasty!! I make this one often - especially for my boys' family birthday parties when I have a lot of people!
