Excellent and easy to make recipe! Delicious!! Walmart had the tri-color cheese tortellini, was very good and was a colorful dish! Will definitely make again!

I always get comliments when I make this salad. I add brocolli and carrots for some more color.

This was a wonderful salad. Had only great comments. I added more dressing and extra veggies. Thought a red onion would of been good.

I was very excited about making this but was surprised at my family's reaction. Very few at the birthday party even tried it. I felt there was too much Tortellini and not enough "pow". It was beautiful, but I have to admit that I was disappointed.

I have made this recipe several times. I too make changes based on what I have on hand. I just used already made italian dressing and added some basil pesto. I have put in pepperoni before and it's great! Loved putting artichoke hearts too!

This was easy and delicious. I also added a chopped zucchini, replaced grape or cherry tomatoes (didn't have any) with chopped roma tomatoes, added chopped cucumber, radishes and a carrot. Also added a jar of marinated artichoke hearts. Did not add the mozz. Thought of adding some pepperoni, but decided against it, although it would probably have been nice.

I absolutely loved this. I've made it probably 5 times! I choose to leave out the onions and think I will add mushrooms next time!
