THIS SALAD IS GREAT. I USED THE GARLIC & HERB DRESSING INSTEAD OF REG. ITAL. I ALSO USED STRING CHEES SLICED, IT HOLDS UP BETTER. AND THEN ADDED PEPPERONI SLICES AS WELL. ALONG WITH CHOPPED GREEN ONIONS. HAVE MADE THIS 4 OR 5 TIMES ALREADY AND PASSED IT ON 10 OR 12 TIMES.

It is hard to believe that something so easy, would turn out so good. I took this to office pot luck, and it was a big hit! So if you are thinking about making this, just go and do it, you won’t be disappointed.

I have been making this for years its a easy dish to add any fresh veggie you like to it or as I have before added shrimp, bacon bits.I use 2 different types of Tortellini when I make it like a chicken herb and a 3 chesse.I also like to add cubed cheese's to mine pepper jack and a mild chedder.I use Italian Dressing in mine and add a dash of sugar also to keep down the tartness from the dressing.

I thought the salad tasted great but was a bit of work. I added prosciutto to it and skipped the olives. Brought it to a family barbeque. No one really commented that it was good or asked for the recipe. We had some left over.

Excellent recipe! The flavors go very well together. I added some cubed salami instead of the peppers to suit my families liking. The tortellini is a nice change from regular pasta in this salad!
