This is a really tasty party dip.
I've been making this recipe for several years now and it is always a hit. Great taste - cilantro and onion comes out more if you refrigerate for a bit before serving. I've already passed this on to several friends!
This was awesome...just spicey enough and very filling. I actually made with Campbells nacho cheese soup instead for a little different flavor because I"m not a huge fan of velveta.
Very good I was asked for the recipe. I put plain corn and add green and red bell pepper and the jalapenos, in the last 2 minutes add the onion and last the cilantro and s. cream
It takes a little prep time but is worth it when it is finished. It is a dip that can be used with veggies or crackers.
Extremely simple to make and fabulous taste!! Everyone loved it. Be warned - the recipe makes PLENTY for a medium to large size group. IF you are having a small get-together you may want to cut the recipe in half.
Delicious...I used Chopped Green Chiles instead of jalapenos, but otherwise followed the recipe. I think I might try the Rotel next time. It was not devoured at the gathering, but my entire family loves it. Thank goodness for leftovers!
I made this, along with several other dips and appetizers, for a party I had a few days ago. It was by far the biggest success of all the food we had. The next day I was wishing there was some leftover so I could snack on it. It was completely gone though. I put in about double the amount of cilantro the recipe calls for, but other than that followed it to the tee.
This has become the new family gathering favorite - eveyone loved it!
YUMMY! Everyone really enjoyed the dip and were surprised by the corn being in the dip. A great alternative to the same old rotel dip.
