I have made this recipe in the past a bit differently, but thought I would try this for New Year's Eve. Now I wish I would have stuck to my old recipe. It was "ok". I made it in the crockpot to keep it warm for guests. I will not make it again following these ingredients. We did not think it was spicy at all, so we added sliced jalapenos from a jar. It was still a bit bland.....I may try this recipe again but drain a little bit of the juice from the tomatoes and green chilis, and maybe add some taco seasoning to the ground beef.
