VELVEETA® Spicy Cheeseburger Dip

The mozza makes it too stretchy in my opinion. I modified mine to my taste. Took out the Mozzerella. Added 1 can Campbell's Cream of Mushroom soup and 1 small can sliced mushrooms drained.

Anything made with velveeta and rotel together is great! Try 1lb velveeta with 1 can rotel, microwave until melted and serve with corn chip scoops. Awesome dip,never any leftover.I discovered that recipe in Alabama in the 70's when you couldn't find rotel here. We used to order it from Texas by the case!!Now it is sold at most grocery stores here, thank goodness!!

Fantastic!!! Honestly, I made it and it didn't look very good, but it was really great and my guests devoured it. I added a packet of taco seasoning which gave it a little more flavor and served it with corn chips. I don't think I've ever received so many compliments. This is also good poured over pasta!

Big hit at Thanksgiving... more flavorful than plain velveeta and rotel dip.

I enjoyed this - so easy, and it tasted really good. It was plenty spicy for us. Next time I will double the recipe. I made it in the microwave as recommended and then put it in my crock pot on the warm setting - perfect!
