To keep the bananas from turning brown quickly, soak them briefly in the pineapple juice, the vitamin C still delays oxidation, and tastes better to the kids than using lemon jiuce!

the lemon-y dip was great, slightly sweet, and went quick. The only problem I had was picking fruits that wouldn't brown before serving them to my guests (bananas, apples, etc.) next time, i'll use mostly berries and kiwifruit

My children ate this recipe up! The Lemony Dip was very lite and added a pleasant suprise to the fruit. I served it with some vanilla wafers and a little chocolate drizzel for a beautiful presentation. I am sure I will make this recipe again.
